All charges are charged per day .. not per 24 hrs……a space is allocated for your dog for that day and is charged as such.

 

As spaces are allocated solely to you. A charge of 50% will be invoiced for days where 

unprecedented reasons ie:

closure due to Extreme Weather - heat wave, snow , torrential rains and pandemics such as Covid, 

where we have no option but too close, or if you choose not to attend.

 

New day charge will be applied following an overnight if collection is after 10 am. Unfortunately thereare no exceptions.

 

Cancellations will be charged at full rate if less than 24 hrs notice as this space has been reserved 

solely for your dog.

 

Holiday bookings will be invoiced at the start of the holiday to be paid on the day the dog arrives for

its holiday.
